There are three subscriptions to choose from: À la carte, Business and Premium. Kafinea Business is the most popular one: it meets the needs of the vast majority of SMEs while allowing them to control their budget. No advanced IT skills required: Kafinea is designed to be simple and accessible.
Our team provides a four-hour remote training course for up to three Kafinea administrators in your company, split into two interactive two-hour sessions. Once trained, they will be ready to configure Kafinea independently and train your internal teams.
Yes, training is fully included in the monthly Business and Premium subscriptions at no extra cost.
Kafinea provides fast-response technical support through ticketing. With a Business plan, your tickets are prioritized. Kafinea safety
No, you have complete control over access. Kafinea includes an advanced access rights management system that lets you determine who can access which applications or modules and what actions they can perform. You can set rights down to the individual field level (invisible, read-only, write), and specify whether users can add, modify, delete, import, or export records.
Kafinea is hosted on Google Cloud servers in Belgium. We chose this location for Google’s trusted infrastructure, high quality, and strong security measures, as well as to ensure that our customers’ data remains within Europe, guaranteeing compliance with European regulations such as GDPR.
Kafinea guarantees the protection and backup of customer data through a high-performance, redundant system, with backups stored in data centers separate from production systems. Your data is backed up daily, with a retention period of 100 days for customer files and 7 days for databases.
