Our company Madiasoft, founded in 2005, worked for multiple years on digital tools to serve emerging businesses (data protection, backups and backup, etc) before concentrating the fruit of all this work into a single product, Kafinea, launched in 2018.

Kafinea subscriptions
There are three packs to choose from: Starter, Business and Premium. The Business pack is the most popular, and meets the needs of the vast majority of SMEs while allowing them to control their budget. Integration and training of your administrators are free for every subscription to a Kafinea pack. This represents a saving of at least 20,000 dollars compared to our competitors.
No, Kafinea’s pricing is per instance, not per application. That being said, if you don’t want to use certain applications, it is completely possible to deactivate them. If you ever wish to use them, they can be reactivated without a price increase.
Our subscriptions are already optimized to offer an attractive price with an unlimited number of users so that costs don’t increase as your business grows.
Our subscriptions are monthly and non-binding. You can stop whenever you like.
Just send us an e-mail and we will stop your subscription. You can export your data easily from the administrator interface or request our assistance for a complete transfer.

Yes, we offer a free trial period so you can test Kafinea’s features. Book an appointment with us for a demo, which will then give you access to the software for two weeks.
Kafinea training and support
No problem at all! Our team will configure the software according to your needs, for example by adding custom fields. We will also set up the necessary automations. Once we are done, we will give you the keys to become autonomous in your use of Kafinea thanks to an administrator training course. You don’t need to have advanced IT skills to benefit from it.
Our team trains up to three Kafinea administrators at your company during a four-hour videoconference training course, divided into two two-hour sessions. These administrators are then responsible for training your in-house staff.
Yes, training is fully included in the monthly subscription at no extra cost.
Kafinea offers ticket-based technical support with rapid response. Subscribing to a Premium package also gives you the possibility of having a dedicated contact person. You will be able to communicate over the phone or by email with someone who understands your business and who will support you in your use of Kafinea.

Kafinea safety
No, you decide who has access to what. Kafinea features a highly sophisticated access rights management system. Not only can you choose which users have access to which applications or modules, but also what they can do within them. You can set these rights down to the last field (invisible, read-only, write), as well as whether or not they can add, modify or delete records, or import or export them from the system.
Kafinea is hosted on Google Cloud servers in Belgium. We made this choice because of the reputation, quality and security of Google’s infrastructure and the location of our customers’ data in Europe to guarantee their security and compliance with European regulations such as GDPR.
Kafinea ensures the protection and backup of customer data thanks to a high-performance, redundant system, with backups stored in data centers separate from production systems. Your data is backed up daily, with a retention period of 100 days for customer files and 7 days for databases.
